This place suits me perfectly, with 24-hour security, a cozy bar/lounge, and a fantastic restaurant. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped with early check-in. I recommend trying the lovely soups. I'm coming back for Christmas!

I stayed in a deluxe queen room for 2 nights. The room had a private bathroom with shampoo, body soap, and towels. There was also a cozy seating area and a patio. The dining room served family-style meals, with the soups being a highlight. There's a fantastic fitness center and a hot tub to unwind after a day of exploring.

The setting offers peaceful sunsets from the porch, coupled with friendly and attentive staff that ensures a welcoming atmosphere. The food, especially the soups, is consistently enjoyable, although some meals were just okay. On the downside, access to certain areas can be challenging due to steep paths, and transportation from the train station is sometimes delayed, which could cause inconvenience. The rustic cabins lack TVs, but that shouldn't detract from the overall experience of tranquility and scenic beauty.

I enjoyed the stunning views from the property and the easy access to both Teleferico de Barrancas del Cobre and Copper Canyon Adventure Park, making it perfect for my weekend explorations. the staff were incredibly helpful for arranging local tours too.

We also enjoyed the family-style meals, especially the excellent soups that were a hit with everyone. The friendly staff were great at organizing our activities, providing fun adventures nearby.

My wife says that a better kids' menu would help families feel more catered to.

But the heating in the room wasn't working well. The views from the balcony are indescribable! ! The food was really good, especially the carrot soup. Plus, the staff went out of their way to help us with our plans.

The grounds were extensive and very good, but we

didn't utilize all the facilities. The included breakfast was excellent, and our separate cabin offered great privacy. However, the internet connection was quite poor, making it tough to stay connected.

Target audience for the great view

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking,, just stepping out and seeing the canyon right there felt surreal. The restaurant staff were super nice, especially when they brought us extra portions of those excellent soups we couldn’t get enough of.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.
